@lyse@lyse.isobeef.org i appreciate you updating this with that info. been in the weeds at work so haven’t been tracking the conversation here much. let me sit on this for a bit because often times the edits are within seconds of first post so maybe maybe i just allow them within a certain time frame or do away with them all together. i really only do it because it bugs me once i notice the typo :)
Sitting in urgent care for two hours… Doesn’t seem too urgent :-)
@andros@twtxt.andros.dev Do edits cause problems? I sometimes make them and didn’t realize it may be an issue

i have placed some middleware to reject these for now but it is not a full proof solution.
my apologies for anyone tailing this feed… turns out some data was corrupted from an unscheduled interruption and in the process of getting everything back online.
Easy: 4.06 miles, 00:08:51 average pace, 00:35:59 duration
51F this morning with a bit of a breeze which was great. felt easy but i think the enjoyment of being outside brought my pace and HR up a bit. actually slept well last night and woke up refreshed… been about a month or more i think.

Pinellas County - Easy: 5.06 miles, 00:09:43 average pace, 00:49:08 duration
kept it easy. legs were a bit tired, but wanted to enjoy the weather. not sure if i should start training again for a marathon just in case or just wing it.

Pinellas Trail Challenge: 36.30 miles, 00:14:47 average pace, 08:56:28 duration
DNF’d, but had a great time. i could have walked it out the last ten miles and still make the cut-off but after doing the math i would not have been done until about 1900 and we have guests visiting from out of time and i did not want to be even more of a wreck while entertaining. met a lot of great people and happy for the challenge.

Pinellas County - Run: 3.03 miles, 00:10:00 average pace, 00:30:18 duration
little sprinkle so tried to get out and enjoy it, but only caught a few minutes. just took it easy.

“Long” run: 5.36 miles, 00:10:30 average pace, 00:56:16 duration
missed my alarm. it was a late night and didn’t really want to get up. my chest was tight most of the run on top of the exhaustion, and the heat just zapped any motivation out of me. oh well, taper week.

Pinellas County - Base: 9.12 miles, 00:09:41 average pace, 01:28:21 duration
nice run. kept it pretty chill albeit humidity was a bitch. before ending more first loop another runner cruised by me and i resisted the urge to join (not that i could have maintained the pace or anything).
